For years, I thrived as a high-performing leader, calm under pressure and fuelled by challenge.
Then everything changed. A health crisis and brain tumour surgery left my body unable to produce cortisol, the hormone that helps us adapt to stress. What I once managed instinctively now felt overwhelming.
That experience became the turning point in my life. I immersed myself in neuroscience, psychology, and behavioural science, learning how to consciously retrain my mind and body to regulate stress.
Through that process, I discovered that stress isn’t the problem, it’s the raw input. When understood and regulated it becomes a source of clarity, focus, and growth.
From this insight, I created the Stress to Success System™, a practical, science-based framework. Today, I share what I had to learn the hard way, how to turn stress into a conscious, sustainable driver of success.
