  • Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

  • Refunds may be issued at the discretion of Mindset Matters in accordance with the program’s cancellation policy.

Our coaching and programs are designed for personal and professional development, not medical or psychological treatment.
Participation is voluntary, and results may vary.


Mindset Matters accepts no liability for decisions made or outcomes arising from program participation.

All materials, logos, graphics, and content on mindsetmatters.pro are owned by Mindset Matters and protected by copyright.

6. Behaviour and Conduct

We reserve the right to remove or refuse participation to anyone engaging in disruptive or inappropriate behaviour.

All personal or professional information shared during coaching sessions will remain confidential unless required by law or with your explicit consent.

 

9. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations made more than 14 days before the program start date may qualify for a partial refund.

  • Cancellations within 14 days of program commencement are non-refundable, but you may defer to a future cohort where available.

 

10. Use of Surveys and Assessments

Survey results are provided for self-awareness and educational purposes only.
They do not constitute psychological evaluation or diagnosis.

 

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.
